What we collect, why, and how to delete it.

Plain-English version, because nobody reads the long one.

Who we are

Lifehackedai is a small content brand publishing practical AI guides and selling digital prompt packs. The site is operated independently. Contact: hello@lifehackedai.com.

What we collect

  • Email address — if you subscribe to our newsletter through the form on our site. That's the only field we ask for at signup.
  • Order and license information — if you buy a product. The payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy (our Merchant of Record); we receive your email, name, billing country, the order amount, and a license key. We do not see or store your full card number.
  • Anonymous traffic data — Cloudflare logs every request to our site for routing and abuse prevention (IP address, browser type, page visited). This is standard hosting infrastructure data.
  • Local browser storage — after you buy, your browser caches your license key in localStorage so you can return to your library without re-entering it. Clearing your browser data removes this.

How we use it

  • Sending you the newsletter you subscribed to (one usable AI move a week, no spam).
  • Delivering the product you bought and verifying your license when you visit the library.
  • Improving the site based on aggregate traffic patterns (which articles get read, which buttons get clicked).
  • Replying when you email us.

We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for any purpose unrelated to running this site.

Subprocessors

We use three third-party services to operate. Each has its own privacy policy and security posture:

  • Kit (kit.com) — stores your email and sends you the newsletter.
  • Lemon Squeezy (lemonsqueezy.com) — processes payments and stores order records as the Merchant of Record.
  • Cloudflare (cloudflare.com) — hosts the site and routes traffic at the edge.

Your rights

You can email hello@lifehackedai.com at any time and we will, within a reasonable timeframe:

  • Send you a copy of what we have on file for you.
  • Delete your data (subject to records we are legally required to keep, e.g., tax records for past orders).
  • Correct anything that's wrong.
  • Unsubscribe you from the newsletter (the unsubscribe link in every email also works).

Cookies

We don't set advertising cookies. The only browser storage we use is the localStorage entry that caches your license key after purchase. Cloudflare may set technical cookies for routing or bot protection.

Changes to this policy

If we materially change how we collect or use data, we'll update this page and note the new effective date at the top. For changes that affect existing subscribers, we'll send an email.
